Ótima estadia!

Excelente hotel para se hospedar em Presidente Prudente. Ótima localização, preço justo, quarto grande e confortável, com bom ar condicionado. Café da manhã completo e com todo o necessário para aguentar o dia. Recepção e equipe muito simpáticos e prestativos. Estacionamento grande e espaçoso. Sempre opto pelo hotel em minhas visitas à cidade, para evitar incomodar parentes ou amigos. Recomendadíssimo.

Sugestão: melhorar café da manhã ligando o ar.

De um modo geral, muito boa a hospedagem. Só um feedback ao pessoal do hotel, no intuito de ajudar a melhorar: hoje, 23/09/24, na hora do café da manhã (excelente o café servido, aliás), o tempo estava terrivelmente quente, tanto que a recepção estava com ar condiconado ligado. O salão do café da manhã, porém, que tem aparelhos de ar condicionado, estava com eles desligados, de modo que o calor prejudicou aquele momento que, considerando a excelente qualidade dos alimentos servidos, teria sido muito melhor se tivesse sido usada a climatização já instalada, para tanto faltou só fechar as janelas e ligar os ares.

Quartos precisam de reforma

Quarto com piso de cerâmica, azulejos e loucas sanitárias bem gastos no banheiro, mobiliário bem surrado. A cama era confortável, porém o ar condicionado vazou água a noite e molhou toda a borda da cama e alguns itens que estavam sobre a bancada. Quarto com luz branca e que não deixa ter a sensação de aconchego. Toalhas e roupa de cama bem limpos. O café da manhã era bom. No geral não me hospedaria novamente.
