"The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. "I have stayed here so many times when I have passed through Fort Nelson. They are consistent in what they provide; a clean and safe space to get some relief from the road. They are conveniently located to everything you need; the staff is knowledgeable about local recommendations too! "
