"First off you're supposed to check in at 3pm. I was not able to check into my room until 4:30pm which made me late for my 5:00 reservation. I messaged hotels.com who accepted that the hotels excuse was that someone else checked out late so I had to check in late. I tried to get hotels.com to somehow compensate me for my late check in because if I requested a late checkout they would try to charge me extra. I received no help with that. Then there were no wash towels at all. I was told they were running low at 4:30 p.m! I did not received wash towels until possibly 11:30 p.m. When I finally did get to my room housekeeping must have swept the room but swept everything right outside the door because there was dirt, dust, and everything right outside my room door. There was also a roach crawling in the bathroom floor which I saw the next morning as I'm doing my business on the toilet. I even took a picture of it if this allows me to post that. It was a horrible stay and experience. How am I compensated? Nothing at all."

I just kind of wish that we would’ve had a microwave versus being a gift and having to run to the lobby to a warmer food it should be an enjoying experience and a relaxing experience. I don’t think I should have to go to the lobby to warm up a meal that I would like to have in my room and run back upstairs."

"i've stayed at hotels that were $30 more a night that were filthy and disgusting. Motel 6 is not anything fancy but for the cheap rate it's worth it. However I noticed this recent time, there were more straglers at the location. since the last time I was there they're bedding is a lot better - super soft and way better pillows! (although I don't like the bed pushed against the wall. I just automatically freak out that there's gonna be bugs crawling on me! The AC/heat unit was too loud for me to run all night so I had to turn it off! they really do need to invest in New ac/heat units in the room! (but at least it did not smell!) TV size is OK it had white round burn marks from the bulbs on the screen affected the TV watching a little bit but nothing major as long as I can see what I was watching I'm OK. microwave and small fridge was sufficient for my trip. anyhow this is my go to place because of price point and location when I go home to visit."
