Booked stay and paid on the morning of because let down by another hotel, website said guaranteed late arrival, got there no receptionist or anyone to check us in, nó one answered phone, finally someone came out told us no rooms avail whats so ever, luckily because I had confirmation text he put us up in place nearby which was not the best,,, so left for a hostel after first night. Terrible experience!!!

Great place to recover after a long flight
After my flight from Australia l need a quiet place.the man organized for me to be picked up at the Airport, the room was great, l sleep straight through breakfast,which was good, ithe location is good, a short tram ride to the center of the tourists section. There's many local place to eat and drink ( local price) l will be returning to Villa Madona for last fewdays before flying home

One of the best value B&B lve stayed in
Arrived after a 24 hour flight from Australia the man organized for me to be picked up at the Airport, l arrived at B&B Villa Madona. Very tired it was so quiet l sleep straight through breakfast Pensions amazing decorative .Good location many place to eat( local prices) a short tram ride to the tourists areas

Rip off hotel, very very bad
Had to pay tourist tax twice. Aggressive man at check-in, only said the word 'passport' and he (Frank) was working down a list of things to charge us with on top of the all-in price. Our luggage was held hostage by the door man because we had to pay an extra EUR 15 for late check-in (while nothing was mentioned about this when we called before booking). Parking was not available while promised. Slept badly because the curtains did not keep the sun out. We where threatened to be blacklisted when we did not want to pay the tourist tax twice. Worst place imaginable. Trust me.

Nice pension, quiet and cheap. By tram you are in 10 minutes in the city center. The establishment of the pension takes you back to the last century with many pictures of famous Czech artists.

Hôtel très agréable avec beaucoup de charme. La décoration est particulière, mais très soignée. Ma chambre était spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme, proche de commerces, et très bien desservi par les transports en commun. L'hôte était très accueillant (même s'il ne parlait pas anglais). Je recommande cet établissement.
