We stayed in a junior suite as a treat for my husband's birthday. It was gorgeous! There were macarons for our arrival, plus a token for a welcome drink at the bar. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, you got the feeling that if there were any problems they would jump on it to fix whatever it was. The coffee machine in the lobby was free to use all day everyday, and there were often little extras there too, like fruit infused water, or one night even a cocktail. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room with a powerful shower and underfloor heating. We only ate there once, as there's so much choice in Poznan, but it was beautiful. The hotel is so close the the central square, so it's location is ideal! We didn't get the breakfast, and instead chose to find breakfast in town (there are lots of bakeries on the other side of the square).

Great experience, with very attentive reception staff who have been abel to support needs of my elderly parents including offering chair for the shower to make stay more confortable. Good location, great bar and restuarant, with very attentive service. Breakfast was great, choice during the Easter break was impressive. However I would see opportunity for improvment in rooms amenities. There was no tissues and body lotion in the bathroom. There was also no kettle in the rooms. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, however its not alawyas convinient e.g. if you need hot water for medication and you may need to go down to the lobby each time

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Positano. It was a well-occupied, clean, and modern hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful; they provided an adapter immediately when I asked. I also left my headphone to charge at the reception, and they were very welcoming. The hotel’s location was great, within walking distance of the Old market Sq.
There was a coffee machine in the lobby where you could grab free tea or coffee.
