"The woman at the desk was very very rude because i woke her up at 830pm when we checked in. Also booking the room online does not matter because they do it all over again when you arrive. "

This trip came up quickly because of a family funeral. We booked in a hurry. We had to reschedule some other commitments. Being a distracted, I accidentally booked the wrong date for our 1-night stay. When we checked in, they credited what we paid for the night we booked (and no-showed) to the night we actually wanted.
