Quarto em que ficamos, precisa de manutenção urgente! Porta do banheiro não fecha, pois está "inchada". Torneira com vazamento. Deixamos a chave pra limpeza do quarto, não foram limpar. Única coisa que continua muito bom, é o café da manhã, o resto, precisa urgente de uma repaginada!

Assim que acessamos a acomodação verificamos que o lixo do hóspede anterior não havia sido recolhido. Verificamos, também, que a roupa de cama estava mexida e com aspecto de usada. Travesseiros mal cheirosos. Solicitamos a troca da fronha, mas não resolveu o problema, que só poderia ser resolvido com a substituição por travesseiros novos. Falta de flexibilidade e tolerância para tratar sobre check-out. Fizemos check-In por volta das 17h (domingo) e no momento do check-out, apesar de nossa solicitação, fomos obrigados a deixar o hotel até às 12h (segunda), em clara afronta a novas regras da hotelaria (Portaria nº 28/2025 do Ministério do Turismo) que garante o uso efetivo do quarto por, no mínimo, 21 horas.

O quarto, no geral, estava ok, bem básico. Porém, o banheiro estava muito sujo. O rejunte e o piso apresentavam aquela sujeira antiga, encardida. Notei que havia sido lavado, pois não tinha mau cheiro, mas, sinceramente, poderia estar em condições bem melhores.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei

Fiquei bem decepcionado com o hotel , pois acreditei nas avaliações que vi na internet. Chegando lá o recepcionista Daniel que estava no turno da noite foi antipático comigo e minha família, além disso fiz uma pergunta sobre o estacionamento e ele foi extremamente grosseiro e sarcástico . O recepcionista nos alocou em um quarto que parecia que fazia tempos que não era limpo ,era velho e extremamente empoeirado , móveis e chão sujos, abajur rasgado, roupa de cama manchadas e muito velhas, não dormimos a noite pois o colchão era extremamente velho e você afundava nele, o banheiro estava engordurado, recipientes de shampoo e sabonete vazios e quebrados e o chuveiro tinha uma ducha horrível. Não esperem muito do café da manhã. Minha experiência nesse hotel foi horrível.

Recomendo a todos

Hotel muito bom, não me decepcionou em nada. Ótimo e farto café da manhã (ponto extremamento positivo para o horário do mesmo, que vai das 6h às 10h). Cama muito confortável, chuveiro ótimo, ar bom. Só a TV que estava com problema na maioria dos canais. Sabonete líquido muito cheiroso!! Localização central ótima.
