"À notre arrivée sur les lieux, l’homme à la réception ne parlait ni français, ni anglais. Sa communication se limitait à pointer du doigt et hocher la tête. La chambre: Toutes les photos de la catégorie de la chambre que nous avions sélectionnée montraient un miroir au plafond au dessus du lit, d’où notre choix. Arrivés dans la chambre, déception, aucun miroir au plafond. Après une douche, j’ai circulé pieds nus dans la chambre toute la soirée, une fois dans le lit, j’ai constaté que le dessous de mes pieds étaient devenus noirs. Visiblement le lavage du plancher ne fait pas parti de l’entretient des lieux. De plus, la description de la chambre mentionnait des rideaux obscurcissants. Représentation faussée. Malgré que tout était fermé, dès les premières lueurs du jour, la lumière éclairait toute la pièce comme s’il n’y avait aucun rideau aux fenêtres. Aussi, le petit frigo dans la chambre émettait un bruit si dérangeant que nous avons dû le débrancher. Je séjourne annuellement dans une multitude d’hotels et pour une chambre catégorisée « supérieure », le coût par nuit dépasse grossièrement la qualité du séjour offert par l’établissement que je qualifierais de bas de gamme ! J’ai déboursé des sommes moins onéreuses pour des séjours hôteliers offrant des suites et commodités largement plus luxueuses. En résumé, nous sommes terriblement déçus de notre séjour et déplorons les coûts défrayés pour des lieux d’une qualité et propreté regrettablement négligés."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were simply looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A perfect place to relax and unwind away from the city. Highly recommended! 🤎🤎🤎"
