We were greeted by Fernando with glasses of wine and a helpful smile. The room was just as pictured, and spotless. The daily breakfast is perfect to get your day started. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had!...

"incredible flexibility!! Made a mistake with the dates, realized that 1 hour later, no problem, was able to change the dates without penalty, a lot different than other hotels that just want to load you up with extra charges. Heads up for this place, just for that it deserves the praise!"

"Buenisimo… nos quedamos en la 202… Lo único medio feo el baño, la ducha re chiquita, y nose de donde salía agua pero el piso siempre estaba mojado.. también el jabón medio feo, sería mejor los potes eso de jabón líquido como en el baño del piso 8 o algo mejor… un 10 el piso 8 con esa vista, buenisimo para desayunar ahí mirando la ventana o ponerse ahí a tomar unos mates…"

En el proceso del check in nos pidieron datos completos de la tarjeta de crédito y los anotaron en un papel, eso no me gustó y no me pareció que respete la privacidad del cliente. Le dijimos a los recepcionistas y nos dijeron que siempre lo hacen. El departamento muy lindo y en ingreso rápido y cómodo. La vista a la montaña no vale la pena pagarla"
