"nice modern clean room, area around hotel is going through some renovation but stay was pleasant and peaceful. This my fourth stay at the hotel and I will continue to book my stays there when i am in town."

"Took 20 minutes to get someone to roll up the metal door to check me in. The person checking me in was training someone, so she wanted to show the trainee the room to ensure it was clean. After 20 more minutes, they returned and gave me room keys. The room was filthy; see photos. The following day, I stopped by the front desk to cancel my next two nights, but it was closed. Later, I spoke with an employee that advised that he knew my room was clean and advised me he would have the manager call me. Several hours later, I called back and spoke with the manager, who graciously cancelled the rest of my reservation."

"The room I had was still dirty. The bathtub still had hair in it and on the walls of the shower. There was dirt and dust by the beds."

"This hotel is in need of an update in the worst way. Everything is. Old!! The supposed “handicapped “ room is a joke plus the closest entrance to the handicapped room has a 4” difference in height making it impossible to navigate a wheelchair through that entrance. Had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke smell. Second room had dirty sheets. Plus there is no coffee maker!!’ The bed is on a metal platform that sounds like you are in a tin can with each movement. Find another hotel."
