"Check-in was quick and easy and the man who checked me in was very nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the fridge and microwave were clean. My room was across from the elevator, so I heard every guest. Why are people so loud in the hallways? Be quiet. Be considerate (it was 11pm). Also, when I turned on the heat, it smelled like marijuana. I also smelled marijuana in the bathroom when I went in there at 11:30. I’m guessing the people in the room next to mine were stoners and saw no problem smoking in their room (too lazy to go outside). I am very anti-pot because it’s making you all stupid. The sad thing is pot smokers don’t even realize how negatively it’s affecting them. This isn’t the only hotel I’ve stayed at where it smelled like pot. It would be nice if hotels could figure out a way to prevent people from stinking up the place with their addictive substances. Maybe next to the Gideon bible should be a pamphlet for rehab. Anyway, the breakfast was good. There were hot and cold options and the coffee was good. The breakfast area was clean (I was there at 6:15 am). Overall, this is a nice hotel and I will stay here again."

"Clean and convenient hotel. We e stayed here multiple times while attending events at Schroeder swimming pool. We like this place as it allows dogs. It’s a 2 minute drive to Schroeder. There’s a Dunkin Donuts nearby. There’s an awesome Thai restaurant within walking distance. I rated 4 stars only because the property is a bit old."

"This is a rather standard no-frills place but staff was great, location convenient, and price unbeatable! The property is dated and wish they had a no-slip mat for taking shower. Otherwise, I say "bravo!""
