"Le personnel de l'hôtel était agréable et disponible lorsque nous avions des questions. L'ensemble de l'hôtel ainsi que notre chambre ont toujours été d'une propreté exemplaire pour l'ensemble de notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace terrasse et la piscine, bien que celle-ci soit un peu petite et ait des heures d'ouverture limitées. L'hébergement est confortable et situé dans un quartier tranquille à l'écart des zones touristiques de la ville - cela peut être un point négatif pour certains, mais de notre côté nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet emplacement plus calme. Le seul point négatif de notre expérience à l'hôtel Acta Moa était les ascensceurs qui auraient besoin de plus d'amour et d'entretien. Ceux-ci sont extrêmement lents et nous avons vécu plusieurs bugs nous obligeant à utiliser les escaliers. Outre cet aspect, je recommande aux voyageurs de passage à Lisbonne."

"A truly special stay at Tivoli Oriente ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely stay at the Tivoli Oriente in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after by the lovely staff. A special thank you to Leonor Daniel, Carolina and everyone at front desk. They were incredibly kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth really made a difference.Our stay was particularly special because my dad had travelled all the way from Colombia, and we were celebrating his belated 80th birthday. The hotel surprised him with a welcome drink and a lovely little cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It was a small touch, but it meant so much to us and made our family celebration even more memorable. ❤️ The breakfast was outstanding, with so much choice and everything feeling fresh. We especially loved the freshly made omelettes. The lovely lady preparing them was so friendly, helpful and always had a smile on her face — she really brightened up our mornings! And the rooftop bar was simply fantastic. Such a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy a drink. The views were outstanding. The location is also excellent — right next to the train station and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, the Oceanarium and the beautiful River Tagus. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. What really stood out was the genuine kindness of the staff and how they made us feel like valued guests. We hope to go back in the near future."

"Very central and elegant tree-lined boulevard with walking distance to everywhere, restaurants, high end shopping and attractions. Stayed for 4 nights but disappointed after hot water was not available after the second night. Had to call reception the second time and it kinda got solved-it was a long wait of running water to finally get hot water. Out of compensation, I presume, proper room slippers appeared on the 3rd night."
