The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast is first class (and they were very accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions) Dinner at Aladin Grill was one to remember. The standout element of our stay at Vila Vita was the sense of community, every person that works there has a sense of care and pride in what they do, going the extra mile for all residents and has a family feel. Room and hotel facilities were all excellent, clean and well maintained. Food was also great. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet your needs. Overall a great experience. Only downside is I came in early November and they were not staffing the lounge area at the beach club - the restaurants were open, but you could not lounge by the beach. I wish they had let me know that when I booked.
