"Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. "What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas. The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. What I found need to slightly adjust is the outdoor set up it was to close to other sitting areas the tables were to big so it looked cluttered. Lastly I was on the top floor I believe I was...

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"
