"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and big. The hotel is across from the Dockyard and in walking distance to a lot of other great things. "
"great location, my son is in uni halls greetham street, Portsmnouth can be tricky to park, and is in walking distance for the shops, there is onsite parking, only 2 small disabled bays, but managed to park both nights "
"This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions.
The property was very clean and quiet.
My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load.
I strongly recommend staying here!"
"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water until landlady came and fixed it on the Sun morning. Showe did work hoever.. No explanation. I used kettle for a wash to get hot water..This apt is clean but instructions need to be in apt for customer use. facilities spoiled the stay for me. I would reccomend that these conditions were revied by the owners before letting out again. Certainly it is worth a complaint to the net advertisers."
"No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach.
The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."
