Pros: Clean, friendly, helpful, breakfast, game room, pool. Con: the only negative was the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t that good. Having said that, around the pool area, lobby, restaurant worked much better. Definitely would recommend this place.

O café da manhã sem muita novidade basicamente as mesmas coisas alternando dias a equipe do bar da piscina de um mal humor extremo assim como a vontade que aparentava ser 0 a recepção funcionários educados solícitos já fiquei hospedada no hotel por 4 vezes e sempre foi tudo muito positivo desta vez não houve falta de energia passei uma noite inteira no escuro e calor e nada foi feito pedi um jantar no quarto a comida estava insossa o feijão aparentava que foi somente cozido e mais nada pedi um bife o mesmo foi para a lixeira pois havia sido torrado ao extremo realmente não tive uma boa Experiencia desta vez .

Infelizmente muitos mosquitos a ponto de nao conseguir ficar nas areas comuns. Tive que trocar de quarto por problema no ar condicionado, cafe da manha basico bom e uma dica, na recepcao tem gente boa demais que talvez deveria ate ter um cargo melhor e gente ruim demais que ali nem deveria estar. Verifiquem e cuidem pq a recepcao as vezes afasta hospedes.

O quarto tinha uma tv antiga que pegava apenas 3 canais, o frigobar faz um barulho alto e a porta deu problema pra abrir.. tivemos que chamar algumas vezes o funcionário para abrir com um aparelho específico! De resto tudo ok.. piscina bem bonita e com música.. não é tão pertinho da praia.. mas na rua tem opção de mercado, farmácia e bares.

A pousada está localizada na região da praia mais frequentada de Porto Seguro, o que é um ponto positivo. No entanto, o acesso até o local não é dos melhores, devido à falta de estrutura nas ruas próximas. Para chegar até a praia é necessário caminhar alguns minutos. O quarto é bastante simples e, apesar de o empreendimento aparentar ser relativamente novo, encontramos colchões rasgados ou furados, além de um banheiro também bastante básico. A piscina é um diferencial da pousada e contribui positivamente para a estadia. Por outro lado, o serviço da lanchonete deixou a desejar, principalmente pelo atendimento considerado seco e pouco receptivo. O café da manhã é simples, mas oferece o necessário para iniciar o dia. Ainda assim, acreditamos que poderia haver algumas melhorias, especialmente na qualidade do café e do suco servido, que poderia ser natural, proporcionando uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes. Gostaríamos também de destacar e agradecer o ótimo atendimento dos recepcionistas, especialmente do Mateus, que foi atencioso e prestativo durante nossa estadia. De modo geral, a pousada possui pontos positivos, mas ainda apresenta aspectos que poderiam ser melhorados, especialmente em relação à manutenção dos quartos, atendimento na lanchonete, qualidade do café da manhã e melhorias no acesso à região.

No inicio da hospedagem ja haviam muitos pernilongos no quarto. Pedimos a troca de quarto, mas não fomos atendidos.
