Loved Tutabel, the staff were fantastic, the beach is lovely, my room was comfortable and spacious. Trancoso is a lovely town to visit and very near. I had a great few days quietly relaxing, I had been concerned about travelling alone but it was the perfect place to unwind.

Staff was very friendly, food was amazing and the bedroom was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again in the future. The only downside was the access to the hotel, because of the rain the road to get there was very bumpy.

Um bom hotel para relaxar.

Gostamos da pousada. Achei que faltou algo para ser maravilhosa, principalmente com relacao a suíte. Achamos escura e por ser no térreo e ter muita mata em volta e aviso de animais peconhentos, nao abriamos as portas e janelas. Acredito que a suite no andar de cima deva ser melhor nesse quesito. Mas com relacao a limpeza, enxoval e amenidades, excelente. Depois das 18 era impraticavel ficar na sacada pois nao viamos nada, mesmo acendendo as poucas luzes que tinha, e tinha um sofa de madeira bacana mas nao havia estofados para sentar nele. Porém o atendimento é muito especial e cuidadoso. Desde o primeiro contato com a Ana, o Vicente, até os atendimentos no restaurante e piscina com a Brena e a Mari. As refeições foram ótimas, um parabéns especial à porção de mini acarajés e aos ovos beneditinos solicitados no cafe da manhã. A praia em frente ao portão do hotel não é das mais calmas, mas andando um pouco ja fica mais tranquila. O hotel possui um local com estrutura de praia porém devido ao alto nível de chuvas da semana havia sido danifocada. Nos foi oferecido usar cadeiras e guarda sol do bar ao lado do hotel onde fomos muito bem recebidos. No geral é um hotel muito bom para quem prioriza tranquilodade, praia, e caminhadas na areia. Fica bem distantes do Quadrado entao é melhor se preparar para ficar por lá mesmo durante a hospedagem. Ah, possui filtros de barro com agua pptavel para encher garrafinhas ao longo da estadia. Excelente para manter a hidratação.

Pousada excelente, mas que pode melhorar

Atendimento impecável. Limpeza maravilhosa. Café da manhã bem fraco. Faltam opções, em especial para crianças. O cardápio de petiscos é bem melhor do que o de refeições. Pessoal da praia nota 1.000. A praia deliciosa, inclusive para criança. Minha filha não saiu da água. A piscina poderia ser menos quente. Agora, o atendimento do rapaz que cuida do Kids Club foi lastimável. Primeiro não existe brincadeiras, muito menos podemos falar que existe atividade para criança. Não existe. Além disso, a pessoa não tem nenhum jeito para lidar com crianças, para dizer pouco. Ainda bem que tinham várias crianças no hotel e ela se viraram. Fizeram amizade e brincaram por conta própria. Mas no geral o hotel é uma delícia. Bastante vegetação. Quarto muito amplo. O melhor de tudo pra mim foi a limpeza. Nota 1.000 para as moças da limpeza.

Decepção

Estava com grande expectativa para ficar hospedada na Tutabel, mas foi uma decepção. Piscina muito antiga, com lodo no azulejo e muitos insetos na superfície (fotos). Toalha de praia/piscina velha e dura. Tive um problema sério com o chuveiro que não esquentou à noite. Solicitei atendimento por volta de 22:30h e só foram tomar providência depois de 23:00h. Quarto grande, cama grande e confortável. Mas impossível dormir pela manhã, pois não tem blackout e o sol na Bahia nasce antes das 5 da manhã. Pela noite, é o inverso, quarto muito escuro, difícil se arrumar, encontrar coisas. Banheiro não tem amenidades, não tem chinelo, choveu e a pousada não têm serviço de carrinho de golfe para transporte. Café da manhã fraco. Resumo: não volto, não vale o preço altíssimo da diária!

Absolutely loved Pousada Tutabel! It completely captures the charm of Bahia. It is located on one of the best beaches of Trancoso (that you can only access if you are staying here). Quiet, lovely hotel, with great accommodations, and the breakfast with a different twist every morning was much more that expected. Definitely coming back!

Excelente hotel mas achei longe do quadrado que é a vila aonde fica os restaurantes e comércio. A estrada ate o hotel é péssima, de barro e com as chuvas casa saída do hotel era um estresse. Mas ficamos bem acomodados, uma natureza linda e conservada. Os funcionários todos muito gentis.
