They gave me a room in a separate place from the "Hotel" that looks more like a guesthouse. I asked to change the room to the part where the "Hotel" is located. They said there was no room and I had to use the room on the other side outside. They didn't even try to solve the problem. They don't care about their guests. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ótimo custo benefício

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas foi ótimo, o atendimento foi excelente, mesmo comigo chegando na nadrugada e o café da manhã tinham diversas opções saborosas, com certeza será uma opção quando me hospedar mais dias em Porto Seguro.

A equipe é bem gentil, espaço do hotel é grande, varios quartos, tem estacionamento, boa piscina. Tudo limpinho. O café da manhã era bem gostoso e variado. Poderia colocar mais tomadas tanto nos quartos quanto nas areas comuns, como piscina, recepção.

Hotel ruim, quarto com baratas, encontrei três, reclamei e mesmo assim no dia seguinte vi barata, houve tb problema de eletricidade, faltou luz e depois foi resolvido. Aparelho de ar condicionado barulhento, quarto pouco iluminado, quase nenhuma tomada para carregar celular. Café da manhã ruim. Não recomendo, hotel duas estrelas no máximo!

Ficamos bem satisfeitos com nossa hospedagem. Hotel grande, piscina limpa, café da manhã bom. O espaço do café da manhã estava em expansão e ficou pronto durante nossa estadia . O colchão da cama era muito mole, isso incomodou minha coluna um pouco . Sim,o quarto tinha uns mosquitos,mas em vários locais em Porto seguro e em resenha de outros hotéis,vi os mesmos comentários

Atendimento e recepção perfeita, melhor impossível, todos os colaboradores são ótimos, super atenciosos e muito educados. O que deixou a desejar um pouco dessa vez foi o quarto com cheiro de mofo, ar-condicionado fazendo bastante barulho e muito pernilongo no quarto. Mas enfim, são ajustes que podem ser feitos para melhoria, pois já me hospedei por outras vezes e foi ótimo.

Gostei muito, voltaria mais vezes. Uma sugestão (não reclamação) é trocar a cor escura da parede do quarto pela cor branca, pois daria mais claridade, e o ar condicionado é um pouco barulhento, no mais, gostei do atendimento, café da manhã muito gostoso limpeza ok.
