As acomodações do quarto sao desconfortáveis, limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Os quartos tem mofo e o cheiro de mofo é terrível. Fui colocada num quarto que tinha muito mofo, reclamei para fazer a troca foi complicado a recepcionista Daniela, fez pouco caso, inclusive foi nos vetada a opção de falar com a gerência. Quanto a area de lazer/ jogos precária o escorregador da piscina está quebrado com risco para as criancas. Enfim, precisa de manutenção.

O hotel está bem localizado, em frente a praia e perto de bares bem estruturados. o ambiente é familiar e tranquilo, o pessoal da recepção e da limpeza são gentis e solicitos. o hotel se encaixa em 3 estrelas, não mais que isso. o café da manhã ´e simples mas diversificado, falta máquina de cappuccino e comida preparadas na hora, agua de coco seria bom. os quartos atendem as necessidades básicas sem luxo. custo x benefício bom, mas não voltarei a esse estabelecimento.

Horrível estrutura do prédio sem Manutenção, piscina suja, a infantil com foco de dengue. Impropria para uso. A adulto trasbordando muita sujeira em tudo. Quarto cheio de mofo. Cortinas sujas banheiro muito sujo. Goteira na porta do quarto. Ar condicionado não funciona apenas ventila e não é possível regular no controle. A TV pega apenas 2 canais. A única coisa boa é foi o café da manhã. Os funcionários são atenciosos porém todos limitados. Ao solicitar qualquer coisa eles falam que vai contate a governanta ou supervisor. Percebi muita insegurança nos mesmo para tudo que comuniquei. Tive problemas com meu quarto pois reservei um apartamento standard no piso superior, me colocaram em um quarto horrível no piso térreo cheio de mofo e a lama na porta. Solicitei a troca foi jogada em um quarto 319 no fundo cheio de aranha e com uma goteira na porta, horrível.
