Instalações básicas, atendimento confuso

Tivemos problemas com a estadia, na primeira noite nos colocaram em outro hotel da região, pois disseram que estavam com "problemas no quarto". O quarto em que ficamos fica praticamente na rua, o barulho do "entra e sai" é incoveniente. Tiraram o controle de ar condicionado do quarto, pois disseram que não tínhamos direito, tivemos que mostrar a reserva do app para poder ter de volta o controle. O café da manhã é bem básico mesmo.

Hotel bem simples, café da manhã simples tb, mas a Sra que serve muito educada e se preocupa se esta td de acordo. Nos quartos se escuta muito barulho dos corredores . Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.
