"Had the most amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the duplex room and absolutely loved it, it’s beautifully designed. The rooftop is stunning, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the beach and bus stop right outside the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"An absolute gem of an hotel in the heart of old town. Beautiful interiors, friendly, knowledgeable staff and delicious breakfast options. Spacious roof terrace with a much needed “pool”. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Palma and Mallorca. "

"Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! "

"Our room was very comfortable with the sitting area and terrace. After a long flight from the US, we were looking for extra room to move around. The options for breakfast in the hotel was good — and the staff made me an excellent Americana coffee — that was very appreciated."

"Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast."

"Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress. The breakfast and coffee is great. The products given in the bathroom are superb. Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself has a stunning garden pool on the ground floor and a rooftop pool with several sunbeds which provide fantastic views of Palma and the port. If you are driving I would recommend avoiding using Google Maps to get to the hotel (who provide offsite parking) as this takes you through some very tight streets that are more for walking. "This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet.
