"Pictures in the website do not truly reflect the actual condition of the place. It’s dated and in need of some basic maintenance. Doors catching on the floors, tarnished brass on door handles, musty smell, … overall appearance is tired and could do with a freshen up. Room service/cleaning only done if booked the day before (and before 6 pm) which was sneakily put through. Not what I would expect for the price charged, it should be by default! "Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). "Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! "Locational is phenomenal, rooms are great for what they are. Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in. They clean the room and make the beds everyday, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality.
