Nice spot with good breakfast

Very good hotel in a nice neighborhood breakfast was great! Room was comfortable service was friendly. Worth your money and would definitely recommend to anyone.

As a solo traveler I felt safe in this area. Most importantly the hotel was clean, and very quiet. It's about 5 minutes drive to the Port Wine Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff here were very professional and helpful. Brenda the morning shift staff was superb, I Enjoy my stay, will definitely be back.

Affordable, clean, safe, close to highway exit. We used our rental car for transportation to downtown Porto which was approximately 25 minutes with traffic. Parking was readily available outside of the hotel. McDonalds within walking distance for a quick bite. Basic breakfast was part of our rate. Check-in process needs streamlined-it took too long. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

We arrived early and they let us check in early but had to pay an early check in fee which was expected. The people were welcoming and the room was clean. Only downside was that the room reeked of cigarettes. I don’t know if it was that room only but it didn’t smell great. Overall the rooms were small for twin sized beds but expected in Europe. It is comfortable enough for 2 people.

The hotel is located within easy walking access to restaurants and stores. I stayed for three weeks and it suited my needs. Rooms are small, but adequately equipped. There was no coffee maker in my room until two days before checkout when one showed up unrequested, which I found odd. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is available around the area. I also found it very repetitive in selection and lacking in hot choices for vegetarians. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the placement of the toilet made it so you had to sit sideways in order to use it. I never used the bar, as I never saw anyone attending it.
