Péssima experiência. Quarto extremamente escuro, travesseiros estavam fedidos, porta do quarto todo estufado de danos por água, ar condicionado sem pilha no controle (Não conseguia o controlar) , café da manhã sem reposição do que acabava, tive que cobrar guardanapo porque acabaram e não houve reposição, botões do elevador não funcionam direito, etc.

Equipe do hotel muito educada, ótimo atendimento . Não há piscina nem academia ( apesar de ter fotos) e, o mesmo necessita de manutenção tanto nos quartos como sala de café da manhã. No 406, onde ficamos o marco da janela estava quase caindo. Lençois e toalhas limpos. Camareira super gentil e prestativa mas, limpeza poderia ser melhor. Minha filha deixou o fone de ouvido cair no chao e acabou embaixo da cama que estava muito sujo.Localização maravilhosa. Apesar dos detalhes, apostamos que estes terão melhorias pois não são dificeis de serem sanados.
