"A lovely B&B set in a quiet countryside location and yet close to many of Cornwall’s attractions. The property was extremely comfortable with June being the perfect host. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. The only improvement that could be made would be a better WiFi signal in the room but this did not affect our stay in any way. I would definitely stay here again."

Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable. "This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality. The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks. Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order. They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok. The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."

"Parking was very convenient, and a common area is provided for storing and serving food (refrigerator, microwave, sink). Most of all, the room was spotless, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast excellent."
