The property is 40 years old, but well-maintained. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed the bar in the bistro and the staff there were friendly and attentive.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was wonderful—she was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was also very well done. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book here again!

Old school resort. Beautiful pool. Used the hot tub at night. Lovely staff. Close to town but secluded. Had private balcony. Bed could have been a little better but enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist was super lovely!! Older place but the room was super clean and had a nice balcony. Walking distance to Kennebunkport. Downfalls: Hot tub was warm but not hot! Pool was quite green. Breakfast is bagels/yogurt/toast etc! No eggs or sausage etc but they wasn’t a huge biggy! Overall 4/5

The property is straight out of the nineties but very well maintained. There's a very nice breakfast nook on the bottom floor and they offer continental breakfast (boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, danish) The coffee was very good. A few things to keep in mind...the rooms on the bottom floor are hard to get into because the step up is quite deep. The hotel has a sloped ramp that they were happy to bring over so we could get in and out. The toilets are quite low so are a bit of a challenge to use. Also, bring extra plugs and such for your electronics. There are outlets but probably not the amount necessary for today's needs. Our room also has a small dorm style 'fridge that kept things quite cold. Keeping mobility issues in mind, this is truly a gem and the price is quite reasonable.

The hotel is serviceable. We had very little cell service and the WiFi was spotty at best. The pool was clean and the poolside bar was a nice addition. The hotel needs a major renovation. It’s a good place to rest but not somewhere that I would hang out.

The indoor pool did not look clean. The outdoor pool looked very clean. The ice machines did not appear to be clean and we wouldn’t use them. Overall, it was okay, but expensive for what we had. I wouldn’t necessarily use them again.

Outdated but nostalgic. Was able to extend our stay and arrive a day early but had to change rooms after the first night. Request a room in the 200’s for walkout to the pool or be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Outdoor pool could use a few more umbrellas but was very clean.
