Such a cute cozy room, nice and clean. Staff were wonderful and the bar downstairs has an awesome bartender who made delicious cocktails. It was a wonderful stay!
super clean, fun, they had wine tasting when we arrived that was the cherry on top. Light breakfast options was nice before our long hike at Silver Falls state park.
First of all the staff was amazing all around, great hospitality and great service. Very helpful also with finding the rooms and parking garage. Rooms are simple and easy. And the
The room we were in was very well cared for, filled with cool art and a very well made art of cool bathroom hardware. The staff was very friendly, and responsive to all the issues that came up. Parking was a little limited, but safe and clean. The bar and restaurant were great, very tasty food for dinner and the continental breakfast was a continental breakfast, but they had good coffee every day.
We loved friendliness of staff and the rental amenities. S'mores, arcade games and kids play area were also favorites. I heard they recently went through an ownership change. I hope nothing changes. Would highly recommend to all families. We will be back. Also great location for getting around town
Hotel Zags was a great and well maintained property. Loved the location, decor, and the staff. I will revisit them and will recommend it to all visiting Portland.
The room was clean and the restaurant was very good and convenient. We did not utilize any of the extras they offer due to time restraints, but it looked like they had a lot of good options. Definitely a great place to stay
Good location/close to PSU, free parking available out front, lovely patio with globe shaped fire pit & lots of seating. The bold coffee with complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, availability of snacks & meals (4-6p) was convenient. The crispy brussel spouts were superb. Good size bathroom (no grab bars, tho). Nice variety of tv stations.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was clean. Some unique amenities, as in sporting equipment.
The A/C was super loud and sounded like a door slamming every time it turnoff. The walls are thin. You can heard everything.
This hotel was one of the favorites of our trip.
The amenities are above and beyond and the creative spirit shines through in every corner. The location and staff great too.
Was very well located for a show we were going to at the Keller auditorium. The bed and pillow were comfortable the easy pre order food was fast and well priced. We chose this location for the parking of our full size truck. The clearance is 7 foot 6 and in some spots when u go into the basement is 7 foot 1 we were able to fit thankfully.
The desk staff was super nice and explained things well as well as walking directions to our show.
Every thing was good except the breakfast. Breakfast included was not the best. Had limited options of bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. And to drink milk, coffee or hot tea.
