We picked this hotel since it was near the airport. We liked it so we decided to stay 2 more days here. The staff are very nice and the free breakfast omelets are really good. We also slept decently on their mattress and pillows. I recommend

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Definitely appreciated helpful smiling staff member on a late Friday check in.

We had a very late arrival, we were greated warmly and welcomed by the front desk, our room was awesome, stylish, very clean and so comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and easy checkout. Family in Portland, will definitely stay here again!

The staff made our stay so easy and went above and beyond to accommodate our need to extend our stay. The lobby is so welcoming, the restaurant was lovely for dinner and the included continental breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again!

The food at breakfast was outstanding (especially the chef made omelets) and the people are really friendly. Loved that they had excellent daily maid service without having to ask for it. It's so close to the airport you can actually walk there in about 10 minutes if you go out the back way. The lobby is a great area to hang out, nice little bar and restaurant. Really enjoy this hotel and I'm very picky about hotels.

Was great to have a suite when traveling with toddler; made it so we didn’t all have to go to bed at the same time. Staff was friendly and informative; breakfast was a great addition. All in all will certainly return here and recommend to other coming to the area.

I always find this hotel very likable and comfortable. This last time I think probably the season, it was getting a little bit less clean than usual. Staff as usual friendly. Shuttle in time.

We enjoyed that we didn't have to leave the property to have a great evening! We went to happy hour and spent time at the bar with Sam as our bartender. She was amazing! All the staff very pleasant and courteous! We will definitely go back!

We had a nice spacious suite that worked well for the four of us on a girls trip. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning which also included a made to order omelette station. There is plenty of seating for dining. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel a couple of nights after long days. We usually missed the happy hour, but was nice the one time we caught it. Great hotel with everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

The staff and service were excellent. The location is perfect if you are flying. The early morning coffee, tea and snacks are wonderful. The billing issues were a major problem-I'm not sure if that was the hotel's or expedia's mix up, but it's very frustrating.

Room was nice BUT web sites says there is a hot tub and there is not. I picked this hotel because it says there is a hot tub and then they tell me you have to walk outside in order to get to the pool that has no changing area or bathroom. I’m very disappointed about the hot tub. I would have picked a different hotel that did have a hot tub if I would have known. Front desk said they haven’t had one for a couple of years now so why is it still on the web site.

I'm so sorry for the miscommunication about our hot tub, we miss it too! I don't believe that we have a hot tub listed as an amenity on any websites. We made the tough decision in 2020 to remove our hot tub based on social distancing guidelines at the time. Thank you so much for the feedback about our temporary entrance to our indoor heated pool while we fully renovate our fitness center! It will be ready in the coming weeks and it is going to look fabulous! We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel soon! Managers complimentary snack at end of day, frontdesk service very pleasant at all hours and location was fantastic ...... Only 1 elevator working , so kudos to staff who keep deferring to guests on elevator rides.....they had to wait long periods to go up ir down
