"I've stay at this hotel every time I travel to Houston. I think it's time to move on. Last time the tv didn't work, this time I had to move rooms twice. The 1st room the window was broken. The 1nd room was alright but I needed to move to a double which the lady was very helpful about. The 3rd room was also cool until the next morning when I went to take a shower and there was no soap, not even a soap dispenser. The front desk didn't try to rectify it just sorry there's nothing we can do but here's a couple packs of shampoo. So I tracked down housekeeping. The lady barely spoke English but she did more to help me than the front desk did. We can up with pouring soup in a cup and 3 ppl took a shower with that. Also ppl were smoking weed in the parking lot under my window which I could smell even with it closed."

"No central air or a/c in the lobby, hallways and worst of all, the elevator. I'd never want to see someone getting trapped in that thing while it's 90+ degrees inside. I've never in my life, experienced a hotel with no air, especially in a state like Texas. For early airport flights, breakfast doesn't open until 7am and the mini van shuttle only holds a few people, starts at 5am (I was told) so if you choose this hotel for continental breakfast, it's not open any earlier. I wouldn't depend on the shuttle for early flights, maybe rent a car. We chose to stay close to the airport because of a 6am flight. Hope this can be adjusted for future travelers! The sheets DO NOT stay on the bed. The fitted sheets have zero elastic left in them and pop off, to where you're laying on an old mattress pad. The beds are old and soft. We didn’t get any sleep and we were happy to wake up and walk out the door at 4am....The air unit sounded like a hurricane or tornado from the start. We had to keep it cranked because the wetness/humidity was horrendous. The bathroom was so unpleasant. No garbage can for sanitary products. Only one garbage in the main room. There's mold in the corner by the shower, the floor under the vanity was so gross & filthy. Hair & body hair everywhere. There’s no locks on the door (they’re like closet doors). The tub water took 5 minutes to become warm enough to shower. There's no bathroom exhaust fan."

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this hotel again."
