"The location is currently under going construction so waking up at 7am after driving the night before wasn’t pleasant. But first of all hotel got my dates of arrival incorrect decided to upgrade my room to secretly make up for the no breakfast as listed. Everything is shut down in the hotel no room service,restaurant etc. The road to get to the hotel are so awful only two parking slots two! "We enjoyed our stay at Jardin over Christmas. The room was perfectly sized for two people. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and the bed was comfortable. Plus, how can you go wrong when there are sloths and monkeys near you! The breakfast is outstanding! Don't miss it. We had activities planned each day while we stayed and it was a great location to keep driving each day to a reasonable amount of time. "The property is close to town, convenient. about 15 min drive to Manuel Antonio. The staff are very helpful and kind. But the facility itself is too old. The room has no sound insulation. you can hear next door even if they whisper. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked them to be quiet at night. The bathroom shower needs to be updated with better ventilation. overall it's okay. "
