"We stayed here for 1 night over the long weekend. The parking fee is a $100 for valet or $35 for self park but then they will shuttle you to the hotel. This is a very odd request. The elevator is unsafe to use as well leading onto the top floor. My booking was supposed to pay at property,I asked to split it between other cards and the receptionist simply said no."

"Only certain rooms are “Fallsview” but distance to falls is walkable. (Steep hill if accessibility is a consideration, but inclined rail car is option). Good value. Restaurant (Turtle Jacks) is unique with great food!"

"The most comfortable beds and pillows! I went for a girls night away, we had connecting rooms. Newly updated comfortable rooms. Area surrounding is th QEW and outlets malls, very quiet, Never heard a peep from my room. The most amazing gym, I couldn't believe it when I saw it! Pool was warm and hot tub relaxing. 7-10 minute drive to Niagara on the Lake village. Great stay."

"For the price charged honestly they could do a better job with maintenance, our AC was blowing dust in our room, cabinets had a lot of chips that could have been easily touched up so it wasn’t so noticeable, bathroom had black mold in around the shower. Upon entering the lobby from outings or even in the mornings when we would head to the Starbucks, for the most part unless you said hello or good morning the staff did not greet you. I would not stay here again."

"Fri-Sun May long weekend stay with my young son. Pros: Room was clean, everything in working condition. My son loved the pool, I enjoyed the hottub. Pool is not heated. All amenities are walking distance. Food, activities, attractions, lots to do all in a short distance.
Cons. Limited parking at hotel. They do offer paid parking off site that's a few mins walking distance."

"Room clean and comfortable, staff very helpful.
Morning coffee in the lobby was great for early risers, but tea would be be great also. Staff did accommodate when asked.
Breakfast was perfect and the young man that served us was very professional and attentive.
Very nice stay and would highly recommend."
