"Some of the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the property and the spa didn't actually offer every amenity advertised, however, the story about the big mama alligator that lives under the bridge was pretty awesome and Stacey that works in the bar made the trip so much more worth it. Side note, I've never had lavender syrup in my cocktail before and it was amazing. There did seem to be a lack of communication between the staff. Maybe a shift report would help keep everybody up to date on the residents that are staying on the property for any length of time."
