All the staff were very friendly! The AC in my room was making extra noise and therefore disturbed my sleep. The staff tried to resolve the problem but without success. They said a new unit would be installed nevertheless it wasn’t done. The hotel is quite worn and could use some touching up. Again very friendly staff all the way.
