Great stay, will definitely return

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant. Loved the little pool for children. The big pool for adults is also well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and service was always excellent, the staff is very attentive. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom big and cleans. Loved this place. I stay at a lot of hotels and this matched everything they advertised.

Our stay was wonderful. Even though our room was in the Bacchus Wing which is an annex to the main building, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Above all, staff at all levels were exceptionally polite and friendly, and keen to help. The hotel has an excellent fitness centre and wonderful dining options with various facilities available throughout the day, and the location is particularly convenient for the airport. We would definitely stay there again.

The very highlight of our stay with them was that they upgraded us to a bigger and better room for the same rate we were paying for the original booked room. They were very polite and our room was just wonderful. We woule stay there again? No doubt!

The adjoining doors between rooms are not sound proof, could hear the guy next to me talking and snoring all night. I had to knock on his door to ask him to keep it down as I had to be up at 4am. Equally I had to tip toe around at 4am not to wake him up. Really disappointing as it ruined my sleep as I had 20 hours of traveling to do. Nice hotel but that was so disappointing.
