Gut für Kurzaufenthalt

Zimmer war groß und sauber. Röhren-TV aber nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Sicheres Parken direkt am Hotel. Kostenloses WLAN. Das Personal war beim Checkin sehr freundlich. Man sollte aber auf die Checkin Zeiten achten. Das Frühstück war verbesserungswürdig. Immerhin gab es frisches Omelett. Insgesamt für einen Zwischenstopp ganz ok.

Espaçoso e confortável.

Ficamos apenas um dia. O quarto é muito bom e o café da manhã também. O único problema é algo que está acontecendo na África do Sul inteira. A luz é cortada várias vezes ao longo do dia em alguns lugares causado por um crise energética no país. Quando chegamos estava tudo apagado. O hotel tem gerador e tudo funciona normal exceto as tomadas. O staff foi bem atencioso e explicou tudo pra gente.

OK but could be better

Service and price were good, but found the room less than ideal. Having a huge somewhat noisy fan above the bed rather than air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, there was no hot water when I arrived in the middle of the afternoon and the mattress was on the hard side.

The property was lovely in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, but it was warm and welcoming. It felt like home. I absolutely loved the free breakfast every morning and the caring, attentive manner of the staff, especially the Manager, Brownwyn. I will always remember my beautiful stay at the Hub Boutique Hotel, and hope to be in the position to return there in future.

Half the time the time there was noone at reception . Their breakfast was not to my satisfaction. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious. I was shocked when we arrived there were two rolls of toilet paper when we got back to our room they took one away. The other night we came back with takeaways but realized they unplugged the bar fridge. We checked out by leaving keys at the reception counter because we waited for 20mins and there was no one at reception. They allowed in a very early check in though that was nice of them.

The room was so neat n clean. The dining room was set up nicely n the breakfast is to die for. The staff is so friendly n willing to help. Thembi was always willing to help, with the smile on her face. I had some privacy. It felt like home.... I will always go back. I really loved it. Well done The hub staff

Upon arrival my room had issues with the curtains that did not close and when I asked the staff to move me they told me the manager says too bad that gap is too small to moan about and if I don't like it I can leave. I then said I am happy to fix it it was just a matter of the bracket being in wrong place and they again said leave if you want. then later the manager came to me and said I must leave if I am not happy. with all due respect if I pay full price for accommodation then the least I expect is the curtains to close and not be told it doesn't matter. The rest of the staff especially the lady at reception however was quick to help me and found me an alternative room. so that was nice.

Great stay

I enjoyed my vacation. The only challenge was the bed. It wasn't king bed as advertised, but two single beds put together. There was a time we had to push them together because they were moving apart. There was also no lotion which I expected. But, apart from that, the Hub Boutique is great.

Good value small hotel

This hotel was well priced and in a good location for the event that we were attending. We were a large group and the hotel made an effort to accommodate our requests. The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. We were intrigued by the box TV in an otherwise new hotel although others had flat screen TVs in their rooms. Breakfast was adequate, but exactly the same everyday - with the kitchen getting overwhelmed if lots ordered at the same time. We'd stay here again.

Will be back!

Great hotel but my allocated room was not spotlessly clean. The carpet could do with a vacuum cleaner. Location is perfect and central to all critical amenities.

Overall a fine stay

I stayed at The Hub for one night and chose the place due to the proximity to the airport. The Hub seems very new, and everything is very clean and comfortable. You need to ask for the WiFi password in reception (which they seem rather reluctant to hand out) and the breakfast is nothing special. But overall a very fine hotel for a one night stay.

Bello ma non basta

Un bel hotel relativamente nuovo , la pulizia non all'altezza ( in bagno ho trovato un'unghia sotto il sapone ) . Ho prenotato una camera che potesse ospitare 3 persone , ma poi ho trovato il terzo letto che in realtà era un divano che una volta aperto appoggiava direttamente il materasso sul pavimento ! per questo ho dovuto prendere un'altra camera . l'impianto di riscaldamento non era in grado di riscaldare la stanza , abbiamo avuto freddo tutte e 2 le notti di pernottamento

Esperava mais para ser um hotel boutique. Meio mal cuidado, aquecedor estragado, quarto grande mas escuro. Falta um cofre. A internet é funcional e nos quartos. O café da manhã muito fraco comprando com hoteis da mesma categoria. É possível opççoes melhores por este valor. O Satff é agradável, mas como a mairoa dos hotéis depois das 9 horas não tem ninguém no hotel.

Bom para uma noite

Hotel novo, localizado em zona silenciosa e a 10 min de carro do aeroporto e com estacionamento. Quarto confortável, silencioso e com bom chuveiro. O wi-fi funcionou bem. Não há elevador para acesso ao piso superior e o café da manhã é regular, ao estilo B&B. A limpeza do quarto também precisa melhorar, encontrei bastante pó na tomada próxima da cama. Bom para uma noite.

Very average, poor internet, need to drive to get something to eat/drink. Furniture in room was very uncomfortable.
