"The ocean view was wonderful from my room. Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send a screenshot of my order to the front desk to alleviate this uncertainty. The staff was happy to confirm my room service orders every time I called them, but I'd typically have to call to follow up on my orders after placing them on the app. Other than that, everything was great! The staff and room service concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property advertises that they have air-conditioning, but they only have air conditioning in the common area is not in the rooms themselves very disappointed. Contacted the front desk. They wouldn't do anything to compensate for the lie."
