The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and even a taxi driver his name Imed that took us around shopping was helpful didn’t mug us off , white sandy beaches and clear sea water, breathtaking. Definitely going back in July, with my family.

This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk.

Great staff in the dining room, housekeeping and pool. Room, hotel and pool were clean. Kids activities seemed quite exceptional and that staff deserves heaps of praise. Beach access was great and very pleasant to look at. However, many broken chairs on the beach for guest use. Lots of activities if you want to get involved in those. Food was bland, not many vegetarian options, repetitive, and dairy is something all-together different here. Drinks were good, small pool cups, limited drink menu but overall good. Lots of snack options between meals and late night. WiFi was extremely limited. Small extra fee for gym use. Tennis court in disrepair. No room or dining room AC some months like May. No WiFi at pool, dining area, in front of the hotel, tennis court, beach area, in our hotel room, but did work in limited areas of the lobby. This caused some difficulty setting up airport transfers, checking out local attractions etc. For the price we were happy but would likely go to another place next time.

The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly. The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much! I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough.

A minor problem at check in, as staff member clearly wanted to go home and so had no interest to assist our additional questions. Remainder of stay very good. In a suite which was large, clean but looking tired. great view of the pool and sea. All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks. Many staff around pool to assist with drinks. Evening dining we used the specialty meals. Meals lovely on the 3 days we stayed. Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance. Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning.

We spent a magical week at El Mouradi Palm Marina on our *friend honeymoon*, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hotel may be a little older, but that only adds to its charm and character. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, hospitality, and those little personal touches that made our stay truly special. The roses on the bed when we checked in were such a lovely surprise, and the birthday cake made one of our nights extra sweet—literally! Every part of our stay was filled with joy, relaxation, and unforgettable moments. Special shout-outs to the incredible team who made us feel like royalty: **Valid** at the pool bar for keeping the drinks cold and the energy high, **Riadh** the waiter whose service was always spot-on and full of heart, **Mohammed** from beach security who was kind and attentive, **Soulef** from housekeeping who kept everything spotless and cozy, and the amazing **reception team** who welcomed us like old friends. And we can’t forget the fantastic **animation team**—you brought so much fun and laughter into our days! We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening . A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea. The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious. We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard . We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again ! Thankyou Palm Marina for an amzing holiday !

Great hotel.. Clean, friendly and great food choices . The rooms can do with updating, but they are clean and the air con is brilliant !.

Unacceptable to put only 1/2 waiter to serve at the pool bar and only 1 waiter/cook to provied sandwiches and pancakes and donuts. With hundreds of people always big queue.

Top class

We are mature independent travellers and we never booked an all inclusive before. This hotel offered all you could possibly need. The room en suite was spacious with a powerful shower. The service by the wonderful staff in the hotel and on the beach was excellent. The food and drink was top quality and in abundance. Overall this hotel offers great value for money.

Have stayed in many of Tunisia's hotels as my husband and I are resident there.This one had mixed reviews but was really excellent as Tunisian hotels go.Food was very good,staff unfailingly pleasant.Will use in future as our stopover hotel.(show not very good but funny) Room was a mini suite and slightly tired looking but spotless.
