Our cabin was well set-up, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The check-in was very easy and the friendly, helpful staff explained all we needed to know. The park is in a great location. It has a lovely outlook, it's quiet and an easy walk to town and walking tracks. The guest laundry was well set-up and clean. Thanks to all the staff.

No direct access to the beach. Rather through a gate and down a pathway. Our studio cabin faced other studio cabins and a grassy area. There was a great and well equipped undercover cooking area. There were rabbits everywhere and excessive rabbit droppings. Our towels stayed damp and there were no warm racks for them to dry on. Had to ask for replacements. Showers had mould and the tap had grime. The windows were filthy. Nice, comfy king bed though with good quality linen. Julie, on reception was warm and friendly and interested in our stay, an absolute gem.

The cabin was not well maintained. The fridge was missing a shelf at the bottom of the door which meant there was nowhere to place taller bottles and the freezer section was very much in need of a defrost, one fluorescent light was not working, one light was missing a cover, the bedroom blind was very soiled, the screen door was so dirty that we has to wash a shirt that brushed against it, the kitchen cupboards needed a good scrub as did the stove top. The whole park is looking tired and in need of a good clean and update. For the 3 nights our tariff was the second most expensive and the least clean during a 6 week road trip where we stayed at 19 different locations across Victoria. Very disappointing for an NRMA Holiday Park.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Cabin/Hütte. Schlafzimmer extrem klein, Doppelbett winzig, für 2 größere Personen eher ungeeignet. Da wir ein 4 Personen Cabin hatten, konnten wir wenigstens getrennt ruhig schlafen. Sofa mit einigen Flecken, nicht so hygienisch. Metallstühle bei kälteren Temperaturen nicht wirklich das Mittel der Wahl. Von Vormietern zerkratzte Teflonpfanne wurde ausgetauscht. Personal sehr freundlich.

The park was lovely and clean. There was wildlife everywhere! Everything in town was within walking distance. Staff in the reception were lovely, check in was quick and easy. No hassles. We stayed in a cabin and the room was clean and tidy. The only downfall was you could hear what your neighbours were doing. Overall, great experience!

We stayed here for a couple of nights in a Creekside Cabin in early March 2025. The cabin had good space overall and was comfortable, although the separate bedroom was very tight. It was neat and relatively clean, but clearly showing its age - the cabins on the site were a range of old and new. Overall on par with other similar cabins you might find at other parks. The bed was comfortable, with a single power point at each side. They were placed low but accessible. Location is reasonable, with a short walk to the shops and cafes, Wifi was available and the speed was at the slow end - download at 7.74 Mbps and upload at 2.69 Mbps. McAfee rated the wifi as ‘safe’. Parking was easy. It is outdoors and unsecured.

Sauberkeit hat noch Luft nach oben

Betten und Bettzeug waren sauber. Bett im Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar. Zum einen, weil viel zu weich und zu kurz, aber zum anderen steht die ganze Huette schief und man liegt mit dem Kopf bergab. Auf der Toilette war Schraeglage nach rechts. Zum Glueck gab es im Wohnbereich noch zwei Einzelbetten mit sehr guten Matratzen, in welchen wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Geschirr in der Kueche war nicht vollstaendig sauber. Der Airfryer hatte noch Fettreste und braune Kruste vom Vormieter drin. An manchen Tellern und Besteck klebten Reste von Ei und Marmelade. Da sollte besser kontrolliert werden.
