"The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience"

"We were unable to have the breakfast as we were travelling. Most places we stay start breakfast at 6:30am. Found 7:30 to be late!"

"Very nice and clean hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Skal Restaurant is quite and nice. This hotel have an airport shuttle which runs every 15 min. The check out time is 11 am but when i asked then they offered me untill 1 pm which was really helpful. The hotel is just minutes away from the ThunderBay airport and walking distance to walmart and some eateries which is nice. Thanks to all the staff who made my stay so nice."

"Everything was great except I did not get much sleep due to noise. The doors closing by my room were very loud and woke me up every time someone left or came in. The exit door didn’t open with the door card. People would put a rock by the door & go for a smoke & stand basically outside my window & socialize loud enough to wake me. After 2 days of this I had to drive home 4 hours plus , very tired and exhausted having to take many breaks to get home safely. Probably be my last stay there. I have lots of medical appointments in the future. I had 2 appointments on the 29 th. Of April & stayed at a cheap hotel for half the money & it was quiet & I slept great."
