"This property falls significantly short of its premium pricing and advertised standards. The website photos give a misleading representation. Upon arrival, the room exhibited severe maintenance issues: heavily stained carpeting, torn wallpaper, and yellowed skirting boards. Spare duvets were unceremoniously bundled into the wardrobe, making storage unusable. Furthermore, the bed consisted of two single beds not joined together, leaving a deep, uncomfortable gap down the middle. The bathroom...

The doors still use traditional keys, and there is no elevator, which made carrying my luggage upstairs quite difficult. Breakfast was quite limited, with only a few options to choose from. I didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub. On the positive side, the parking was free and convenient. Overall, it wasn’t a bad...

"Our stay at the Cottage in the woods was amazing and I wish we had booked for longer. I travelled with four teens and a dog and the property was perfect. A beautifully decorated and well laid out property that had everything we needed and more. Beautiful outdoor seating and cooking options, arrived to the fire going and a welcome basket. The hosts were very welcoming and so accommodating, especially helpful after my dog rolled in a big and I needed to fully wash him down. I cannot rate this...
