"The best hotel"

"This was our 2nd stay at Paloma Beach and was just as good as our first last year. From check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and the paying of sun beds of 2€ each works well as no reserving of sun beds so you can always get one no matter the time of day. Plenty of space around the pool area. Only disappointment was the pool bar was closed for most of our stay due to staff holidays. Please note that this is privately owned and not by Paloma Beach. It was worth the wait when it opened and the food was just as good as last year, ideal for that lunchtime snack. Our apartment was on the opposite side of the complex to last year overlooking a side road with side view of the sea, perfect for an hour or so in the evening before venturing out. Not a lot of balconies get the sun in Paloma Beach but it is a welcome reprieve after a full day sunbathing. The apartments are all very quiet and there doesn’t seem to be any noise during the night either. Our apartment was very clean and maintained. I can’t wait to book again for a quick get away at a very reasonable price."

"Property is beautiful, out of the way but still close to everything, we could see the top of a flume from siam park from the balcony but not much noise so really peaceful, the room was spacious and clean, hot tub was fab, I basically lived in it the entire time, its cleaned often too. Took the firestick that was fine for the livingroom tv but wasnt able to use on the bedroom one, we used the tablet to watch tv in bed. There are parking spaces, but the disabled spaces are up a very narrow and steep hill, its ok once youve drove up and down it a couple of times though, so wasnt a problem. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, everything was cooked perfectly, the coffee and juices were great, definetely was english style food so perfect for any picky eaters that are ok with toast, sausages, hash browns and bacon, some cake and pastry too, couldnt fault it. The sofa bed was two singles though and there was a space in between them, never seen that before but they brought a double matress topper to make it a double bed as soon as I asked which sorted the problem. I read reviews saying not all room has washing machine but ours did, the microwave was easy enough to work, the kettle was clean, fridge freezer was spacious and a bottle of water in it on arrival. We've already booked our next stay in 3 months with the Wyndham residences, we'll probably be back every year to be honest, it just ticked all the boxes for us really, highly recommend."

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "
