"The hotel was excellent. Had a great two night stay. Hotel room was amazing Deluxe King. Lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. The reception staff and bar staff were wonderful. In the restaurant and breakfast rooms the staff especially first thing were not in keeping with the rest of the team, though the food was very good. Loved the curry puffs available at lunch. "I have issues with this hotel, although our stay is comfortable. My card was charged for a ¥990 transaction which I have no idea what it was. It wasn't the deposit of ¥1200 which was refunded to my card. This transaction was actually billed! I went to their official website to email for a billing invoice but the email address listed: novotel@novotel-nanjing-central.com was an invalid email address that bounced back. I resorted to messaging them via Expedia but there was no response. I have no idea what I can do to refute or to clarify these billing, leaving me with no choice but to pay for them. Horrible experience with this hotel billing! "
