A lovely hotel. However, a few little niggling things that I think the hotel could benefit from such as a built in hair dryer in each of the rooms. The shower required a lot of running of water before reaching hot temperature and I think there a ways you could sort out instant hot water without wasting so much water! I couldn't have breakfast on the roof terrace as there was no covering to provide any shade and a simple solution such as parasols would make it a nice place to sit down and eat. Finally, the American breakfast did not include tea or coffee as part of the deal. Tea should always be included with any breakfast choice.
