"My husband and I have stayed at Golden Haven Spa well over 20 times, and it’s one of our favorite places to stay in the Calistoga area. This small, family-run hotel is very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The thermal water is wonderful, and the lovely grounds in the back make it a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended."

"I didn't like how the coffee options were limited and that kinda made me not want to try their breakfast. Sonic was open nearby and it was excellent food and service. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. They are dog friendly which I am drawn to because I love dogs. Good people working here. Plenty of Californians seem to enjoy this brand which made me feel safe and secure. "

There are numerous places to stay but when we went we picked it for location and price when we go back in 2 months we will be picking it for cleanliness, friendliness, convenience and for being pet friendly it was the most accommodating clean outside area I’ve seen in a long time! Yes it’s definitely a come back Place to stay. Right in town near restaurants and all the shopping and wineries this small town has to offer but situated in just the right area so not to disturb with traffic noises or foot traffic. We loved it and couldn’t state it enough to the office staff while there. "
