"Selon certains commentaires, l'hôtel a eu un épisode de punaises de lit il y a 10 mois. Lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu de punaises mais une infestation de cafards (chambre et salle de bain) au milieu de la nuit. Nous avons tout de suite contacté le numéro de "garde" de l'hôtel (réception fermée à 1h du matin) afin de trouver une alternative et d'être remboursés. "The location deserves the highest praise, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the view was disappointing as it overlooked the spa roof rather than the valley. The shower was excellent, although there was no bathtub. Breakfast was very basic, though this may be intentional to avoid overwhelming choice. "Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful staff, incredible food, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful views! Lots of stairs and steep narrow roads so not the best place for people with mobility issues. We loved it and highly recommend!"
