My daughter became sick during our stay so was confined to the room and when I mentioned it to the front desk she said to let her know if we need anything at all and they would make her comfortable. Exactly the staff I look for in a hotel"

"we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. "
