"A place with personality, not your typical cookie-cutter chain hotel! Check-in was smooth and the person that helped us was efficient and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a door on each end of the room is a bit odd, and parking is a bit limited. At first we thought it might be noisy, but wasn't. We slept well. Since it's downtown, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We felt comfortable walking around in the evening and again in the morning. Seemed to be a good value for the Billings area."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, everything in the room worked as expected and the shower was amazing. The shower really stood out for me as it was designed for comfort and convenience. Plenty of shelves to put things on, the floor made one feel confident that they wouldn't slip and (for those of us who wear glasses) the product dispensers were clearly labeled so that we could read them without glasses. Little details for some, but very important to me. The breakfast was very nice...even though i was sternly advised by breakfast staff that the room would close in 30 minutes."
