We had few problems with the tele and Internet but it was delt very fast the owner lady was very helpful and very kind she did give us a better room so we were happy thank you!

Bathroom was blocked and even though we reported that problem this was never fixed. Spiderwebs was covered with curtains installed, obvious signs of rarely cleaning. Room wasn’t clean regularly.

The most unfriendly owner EVER. Give me your money and don't bother me anymore. Invoice? No way. Parking? Sure, a few spots which are always busy. Laundry service? We have a big industrial laundry but no we can't clean your clothes.

It's ok

It's a good queit place close to sea on the second street from the beach. It was a bit uncomfortable that there aren't soap or shampoo and toilet paper. And at night we saw a cockroach in the toilet room. But it was a small.

The place was modern, the staff very polite. Those are the two things that were good. The place looked clean but it was not (when we moved the bed because we dropped something we actually saw the dirt forming the shape of the bed). In the bathroom my father saw a cockroach and killed it, then threw it in the toilet for good measure. Still we took an hour and a half from our time to check if there were not any that went in our luggage. The internet was on and off all night.

В целом отель не плохой, но нам не повезло с номером! Отдыхали с одиннадцатилетней дочерью и при заселении нам сначала предложили одноместный номер без балкона и это на троих людей , хотя мы бронировали студию деЛюкс .Нам поменяли на большой номер , НО! Туалетная комната находилась за пределами нашего номера, в узком коридоре -напротив входа в чужой номер!!! Ребёнок ночью боялась ходить в туалет.А,ещё ночью выяснилось, что соседский блок кондиционера висит на нашем балконе вплотную с дверью,и мы ночью слушали как он гудит! Номер был 208 А (дверь) левый.У хозяина отеля попросили поменять нам номер ,на что он ответил или пишите хороший отзыв или доплачивайте!!! Якобы мы дёшево сняли номер, за 21 день мы заплатили 583€, скидку мы не просили,сняли номер по заявленной цене. Плита в номере работала напрямую, вставляешь в розетку и тогда одна комфорка работает на полную мощность. Отель расположен рядом с морем,много магазинов,не далеко от станции и базара. Интернет в выходные работал плохо. Убирали номер хорошо,но в этом отеле принято ,если вам нужна уборка заказывать её на ресепшн,сами они редко приходят. Номер нам так и не поменяли!

Do tego hotelu przyjechałam drugi raz, zawsze na jedną noc z dziećmi. Pierwszy pobyt nie był na tyle satysfakcjonujący, ani tak zły żeby o nim pisać. Drugi pobyt po pół roku okazał się tak inny, że mogę spokojnie polecić to miejsce jako tani i czysty nocleg.

A hotel to avoid

The hotel is located in an unpleasant neglected neighbourhood. The room we were given had mold on the ceiling. No wonder the hotel does not accept cancellations.

Overall, a disappointing experience

Poor service quality. Check-in was somehow troublesome, the lady who was supposed to be welcome us and check us in, was more or less uninterested in helping us and wasn't exactly willing to check the booking number. After a good half an hour, she somehow managed to find our reservation and let us in. In the meantime, the "owner" of the property more or less send back another group of people, who had booked but had opted out for "pay at the hotel". He simply said that they didn't pay for their stay upfront and he already gave the apartment to someone else. Even though this was clearly given as an option on the booking site. The studio was very neglected, sheets were dirty, so was the bathroom. Not to mention that the bathroom was not exactly "private" but not only outside the studio (in the corridor) but was obviously used by the tenants in the studio next door. The "kitchenette" - stove, fridge, sink - have never been remotely cleaned and in such poor condition, that I almost felt sorry for the water I had to put in the dirty fridge. Overall, a disappointing experience. Maybe the worst I've had in the past 7 years.

"Однозвездочные" не распроданные квартиры. Welcome

Ехали к отелю из Греции (800 км). Приехали 21.30. Бумажная вывеска на подъезде Salt Lake Apartments смутила сразу. Вышедшие из дома женщины сообщили, что это квартиры. Долго искали отель, такого отеля никто не знал. В итоге вернулись обратно. Встретили охранника, сидящего на ступеньках на улице. Он сказал, что дом жилой, но квартиры сдаются. Посоветовал прийти завтра в 8 утра, чтобы нас заселили. После переговоров приехала милая девушка, которая открыла офис по продаже недвижимости, дала нам ключи и мы пошли искать "номер" по темным коридорам. Сопроводить нас никто не удосужился. Стойки Reception, конечно же, в жилом доме нет. Номер оказался обычной недоделанной студией, где "дырка в полу" под душем (причем, ни кабинки, ни занавески не было - просто торчащий из стены кран с гибким шлангом и рассекателем) была намертво заделана, и вся вода от работы душа стекала в другую дырку, расположенную под умывальником. Ни мыла, ни туалетной бумаги мы там не нашли. Двери от сырости расслоились, на стенах пятна... На кухне чайник, кое-какая посуда, полотенца, кровати (вполне чистые), террраса с видом на каменные джунгли и двумя совершенно разными стульями.))) Короче говоря - это не отель, и вряд ли это жилье может претендовать даже на одну звезду.((( Если ехать на совсем бюджетный отдых, то, наверное, можно там жить, закупив все необходимое для жизни в соседних магазинах.
