When I called the hotel to confirm my booking I was informed that I don't have booking confirmation with the hotel. They told me that they don't have a relationship with hotels.com and they have tried to cancel the program but without success. Kindly address the problem because people will be left stranded if they book this establishment. The owner must communicate with Hotels.com to ensure that they remain or remove themselves from the system. If I did not call I would have been stranded. This is unprofessional, who placed the establishment on Hotels.com and why remain there if you don't want to be a member.
My prepaid booking was not confirmed with them and the manager said that they have no agreement with hotels.com. I had to find alternative accommodation.
