"amazing place to stay!"

"The room was quite spacious. Although it faced the highway, it was quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. Would have liked some fruit and more protein such as hard cooked eggs."

"This is definitely a motel. The cleanliness was… fine. Everything I guess was fine. The room we stayed in had a huge stain in the carpet, which was unfortunate. The staff was helpful but definitely was just fine."

"Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan."

"Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

"The room was clean, and we especially enjoyed the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel!"

"Nice room but there is nothing less to offer. Staying at the hot springs lodge is cheaper if you plan on going to the hot springs."

"The place was very clean & maintained! Simple room w decent rooms, convenient access to stores restaurants and good prices! Enjoyed my stay. 😊"

"Beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast (and dinner), and wonderfully accommodating hosts. John went above and beyond to help us find a trailhead. Highly recommend!"

"Great place! The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!"

"Coffee was not very good. Outlet in bathroom didn't work."

"The room was very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. Everyone at the resort had a great attitude. Our stay was very enjoyable."

"Great access to downtown Grand Lake"

"Absolutely beautiful location! Amazing service! Room was fantastic! And the town is just so quaint and cute."
